About Scott

As Head of Technology, Scott helps us protect client security and keep us on the cutting edge of information technology. He has been in the IT field for more than a decade and comes to us with a number of certifications. These include Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), A+, CompTIA, CISSP, (ISC)², Network+, and Security+ certifications. And no, we don’t know what those mean either, but they’re important.

Scott is responsible for developing IT plans that align with V9’s goals for our clients, and finding us the latest tech + tools that give our clients an advantage with their digital marketing. His insights also help us make sure we’re using the right software, tech, and systems to make sure we operate extremely well as a team. He’s also the go-to for team trainings on information security and ensures our customer data is protected.

With a focus on Information Security, Scott loves working at Volume Nine for a few reasons… starting with the fact that no team member gets annoyed when he sets new security policies! After starting his career in the Geek Squad, Scott has worked with major brands, including Comcast & Western Union, to keep data safe. We’re incredibly lucky to have him here with us at V9.

On his days off, Scott enjoys teaching his daughter, Madison, to fish, spending time with his wife, and cuddling their 12-year-old Golden Retriever, Dudley.
