Meet Barb Dittert: Direct of Content
Barb cut her teeth in the education and non-profit sectors. Throughout college, Barbara spent summers and weekends working with children and providing recreational opportunities to adults with disabilities. These experiences influenced her choice to spend 2 years as an AmeriCorps *NCCC volunteer. Upon completion, Barb joined a Denver non-profit empowering at-risk youth population through job training and educational opportunities.
Barb always enjoyed creating content, even as a child. When she was offered the chance to not only write – but voice content for radio, she jumped at the chance and started the path to a new career.
These days, Barb focuses on developing content for digital platforms. She enjoys helping businesses strategize unique ways of increasing their organic online presence and stand out in a competitive market. She’s proud to be part of the Volume Nine team for 5 years running!

If you had a super power, what would it be & why?
Time control! This way I could speed up a boring meeting, go back to the most fun parts of life, or just buy more time when I’m running late.
What is the best advertising campaign you’ve seen or heard about?
I’ve always been intrigued by brands that make it big simply for being ridiculous. For example: Snuggie (aka “Backwards Robe”). I may or may not have dressed up as a Snuggie Commercial for Halloween one year. I may or may not have gone on a Snuggie Pub Crawl. I may or may not wear a bedazzled Snuggie around the office.
