Rachel, as a Digital Marketing Strategist at V9, works to bring brand awareness to our clients through campaigns and social engagement. Rachel is always up to date on social media trends, strategies, and the latest memes. She started her career in social media while she was in college at Florida State University, working for a local advertising agency. Her interest in the field grew from there, and she’s been working in the quickly changing field of social media ever since. Over the years, she has sharpened her skills in content creation, paid advertising, community management and engagement.
When she joined the Volume Nine team in 2018, she became an integral part of creating social media strategies and results for our clients. Her favorite part about working here is the people, and she says she’s truly happy to come to the office (no, we didn’t pay her to say that).
When Rachel is not at work, she likes to spend her time hiking, cooking, watching Netflix, and exploring her new home in Denver. She’s also learning ASL (American Sign Language) and planning to start learning guitar. She has an adorable (and chunky) cat named Miranda, who she adopted in January from the Denver Cat Cafe. And no, she did not name her after Miranda Ryder.

What’s the best book you’ve read so far this year?
The Library Book by Susan Orlean – An incredibly interesting read chronicling the 1986 fire in the Los Angeles Central Library, and the significant part that libraries play in our communities.
